Building Circles of Support: Manitoba FASD Centre Update

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, please know that the health and safety of children, families, and our staff is our highest priority. We are monitoring the situation closely and are following the guidelines outlined by Manitoba Government and Shared Health Manitoba as well as the leadership team here at the SSCY Centre.

Due to the current health concerns surrounding COVID-19,  the Building Circles Series, an educational series on FASD, offered by the Manitoba FASD Centre and our regional FASD coordinators via Telehealth in April and May 2020, will unfortunately be postponed until further notice. However, over the next several weeks we are looking creatively at ways of providing families and communities information on FASD in a different format. If you have any questions or concerns , please contact your local FASD Coordinator or Dorothy Schwab at 204 258-6604.

COVID-19 Update

International FASD Awareness Walk

Hello all,

Due to the current health concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Manitoba FASD Coalition will be practicing “social distancing” as recommended. The health and safety of our members, community, families and workers is our #1 priority. As we navigate this rapidly changing landscape, our response is essential. Please keep healthy and safe during this time.

We will be posting updates both here and on our Facebook page (Manitoba FASD Coalition) about other information sessions, events and resources as often as we can in order to help our families through this time.

Thank you,

The Manitoba FASD Coalition
